Cancelation Policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. Should this for some reason not be the case, then you can return your purchase without a problem. This must be done within 14 days after the receipt of your order.

Returns Policy

1. Pack the item in its original packaging. Please note that many of our products are breakable. Always use as much of the original packaging including the packing material supplied to protect the item being returned.
2. Please note that all of the costs for a return are the buyer’s responsibility! Products that are returned damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded! We suggest that you choose to send the package insurance paid.
3. After we have received your return shipment in good condition, we will either exchange the item (if available) or refund the purchase price to your account within 14 days after the receipt of the returned item.
